Introduction to befunge

The Befunge-93 package contains the reference implementation of the Befunge language.

This package extracts to befunge-93.

Install Befunge-93 by executing the following commands:

make

Now as the root user:

install -vDm755 bin/bef{,prof,2c} -t /usr/bin/

Installed Programs: bef, befprof, and bef2c

Installed Libraries: None

Installed Directories: None

bef	is the Befunge-93 reference interpreter/debugger
bef2c	is the Befunge-93 to ANSI C compiler
befprof	is the Befunge-93 profiler
